Frederick Hiam has a portfolio in excess of 60 properties comprising both residential and commercial lets across Suffolk. Our property portfolio is supported by an in-house maintenance team of 3 who work alongside a number of specialist contractors to keep our properties maintained to a high standard.

We are currently in the final stages of building three new properties in the village of Ixworth Thorpe. These have been built by our in house team together with other local tradesmen and contractors.
